摘要
骨关节炎是可动关节由于关节软骨退行性改变和在关节表面、边缘形成新骨为其特征的内在的非炎症性疾病。骨关节炎的发生发展与多种因素有关。基质金属蛋白酶家族是细胞外基质降解过程中的重要酶类。-α2巨球蛋白是血浆广谱的蛋白酶抑制剂。研究证实:细胞外基质中基质金属蛋白酶以及其组织抑制剂的失衡与多种病理机制有关。就与骨关节炎关系密切的几种发病因素及-α2巨球蛋白对关节基质及软骨代谢的影响及其调控机制的研究进展作一综述,以阐明-α2巨球蛋白参与骨关节炎的病理过程。
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a kind of non-Inflammatory disease which showing the articular cartilage degeneration and in the joint surface or the edge forming the new bones as its intrinsic characteristics. The occurrence and development related to many kinds of factors, but the family of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) is responsible for the degeneration process of the extracellular matrix(ECM), α-2macroglobulins is a blood plasma proteinase inhibitor. The study show that the unbalances of the extracellular matrix MMP as well as its organization inhibitor are related to many kinds of pathology mechanisms. This article gave several kinds of factors related with the osteoarthritis and the influence of α-2macroglobulin to the joint matrix and the cartilage metabolism and itself mechanism, to explain the pathology process of α-2macroglobulin's participation to the osteoarthritis.
