摘要
针对高速旋转流体机械上常见的轴位移故障,在转子实验台上开发了一种轴位移故障自愈调控系统,进行实验模拟并为工业应用提供依据。通过使用有限元方法对转子动力特性进行计算分析设计,本实验台具有进行蜂窝密封性能研究、轴系耦联动平衡、故障机理研究、模拟烟气轮机和主动平衡研究等多种功能。
This paper deals mainly with the axial displacement fault in a high-speed rotating fluid machine. A new axial displacement fault self-recovery & control system was developed in a rotor experiment rig, which can be used for industry application simulation. On the basis of the calculation and analysis of the rotor dynamic characteristics by the infinite element method, the experiment rig has functions to perform studies on the honeycomb seal, dynamic balance of coupling rotor system, fault mechanism, simulation of turbine and the auto-balancing.
