摘要
本文采用无皂乳液聚合制备种子，进而研制出高固含量的乳胶．考察了引发剂、乳化剂的用量，原料配比及搅拌转速对乳胶性能和固含量的影响．为进一步生产因含量高、流动性好、粘接强度较大、粘合速度快等性能优良的乳胶奠定了基础．
seed polymer has been prepared by the emulsion polymerization of soapfree. Then a polymeric emulsion of high solid content has been obtained. The influences ofinitiator dose, emulsifier dosage, reactant proportion and stirrer ratio to the properity andsolid content of emulsion have been investigated. A foundation has been laid for furtherproduction in the excellent emulsion of high solid content good fluidity stronge bondingstrength and fast bonding rate.
