摘要
用场强为1000,1400,1800GS的磁场处理玉米(ZeamayL.)种子,采收二、三叶期幼苗做为试验材料,以极谱氧电极法测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,滴定法测过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,比色法测丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量.结果表明,经磁场处理种子后,玉米幼苗的叶及根中MDA含量降低,SOD和CAT活性提高,GSH含量增高.
The corn seeds are treated in magnetic field of which the magnetic intencity is 1000 Gs,1 400 Gs and 1 800 Gs respectively.Leaf and root samples are collected randomly at the stages of two and three leaves seedlings respectively for testing. The activity of SOD is determined by means of ploarographic oxygen electrode method, the activity of CAT is analysed by means of Titrimetric method, while the contents of MDA and GSH are tested by means of colorimetric method. The results show that the content of MDA is decreased in the leaf and root of corn seedlings, both the activity of SOD and CAT, the content of GSH have increased. The experiment indicates that eaternal magnetic field can weaken the lipid preoxidation in corn seedlings.
