摘要
用正交试验法,在CA6140车床上,用3种不同几何角度的高速钢车刀,用不同的切速、切深及进给量,对大叶杨Popnlus lasiocarpa Oliv。和油松.Pinus tabulaeformis Carr。工件进行车削试验,用计算机按多元回归程序打印出切削力经验公式,同时测定切削状态和空转状态的噪音,并进行了比较。
According to the orthogonal trial method,experiments were conducted on a CA6140 lathe,using three types of turning tools(HSS) with different geometric angles,different cutting speeds,and different cutting depths and feeds.Populus lasiocarpa Oliv.and Pirius tabulaeformis Carr. were used as workpieces.The empirical formula of the mean cutting component of the resultant forces was analysed by computer using a program of linear regression.In addition,the noise in the cutting condition was compared to the noise in the idle run.
