摘要
我国正处在社会转型期,劳动关系已经发生深刻的变化,迫切要求政府及时找准自身在劳动关系中的角色定位,对劳动关系实行政府干预,以维护劳动者的合法权益。总结、借鉴中外政府在调整劳动关系方面的理论和成功经验,建立健全我国的劳动关系法律制度,加强政府的执法和监督力度,支持组建强有力的工会,将劳动者特别是进城务工人员“组织起来、切实维权”,并对政府工作实施群众监督,这是今后政府在劳动关系领域应该着力履行的工作职责。
In the period of social tramformation in China, there is a deep change of industrial reladons. This situation shows that the government should position its role in industrial relations, coordinate industrial relations in order to safeguard legitimate rights and interests. In the future the Chinese government should perform following functions: sum up and use experience and theories of other governments for reference of adjusting industrial relations; build and perfect our legal system of industrial relations; strengthen to enforce and supervise the law by the government; support to organize powerful trade unions; "organize workers and fights for labor rights" for workers, especially for the migrant workers from rural areas and has mass supervision to the government work.
