摘要
目的:探讨临床医师对临床医学课程设置的态度和意见,促进医学课程改革。方法:应用《临床医学专业课程设置调查表》对河北省唐山市3所大型综合医院809名临床医师进行了问卷调查。结果:绝大多数临床医师重视专业课程教学(总平均分为96.37±20.44),认为不必要开设高等数学和大学语文的分别占27.2%和21.4%。结论:临床医学教育应重视贯彻生物、心理社会医学模式原则,提高学生对人文社会科学的重要性认识。
Objective: To study clinical doctors' attitude and opinion to the setting up of medical science curriculum and promote the medical science curricular reformation. Method: Applying "Questionnaire of Clinical Medicine Profession Coarse Setting Up" among 809 clinical doctors in three large general hospitals in the city of Tangshan, Hebei province. Result: Most of the clinicaldoctors attach importance to the clinical medicine profession courses (the total average score is 96.37 ± 20.44), and don' t think that it is necessary to offer higher n,athematics and college Chinese(27.2% and 21.4% respectively) Conclusion: In clinical medical education importance should be attached to the living creature and mental state with social medical science mode principle, so as to increase students' cognition of the importance of humanities and social science.
