摘要 以某公路段养路工173人为接触组,机关行政人员40人为对照组,对血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、血清唾液酸(SA)及血清谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)三项生物膜损伤指标进行了检测。结果:养路工血清SA及GST显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.001),LPO未见明显改变。养路工不同工龄间的LPO、SA及GST测定,仅GST随工龄增加而增高(P<0.05)。不同性别间,仅GST男工高于女工(P<0.05)。吸烟对生物膜损伤指标未见明显影响。提示养路工在职业有害因素作用下,生物膜可受到一定损伤。 The damage indicators of biological membrane,such as serum sialic acid(SA),serum glutathione S-transferase(GST) and serum lipid peroxide(LPO) were measured among 173road-maintaining workers.40 cadres in the road administrative section were taken as the control group.The results showed that the serum contents of SA and GST in the workers were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05,P<0.001 respectively).However,there was no difference between the serum contents of LPO in the two groups(P>0.05).The correlation was analysed between biological membrane index,working age and smoking.The serum GST contents increased in pace with working age(P<0.05) and the serum GST of the male workers was higher than that of the female workers(P<0.05).The effect of smoking on damage indicators of biological membrane was not found.The results indicated that the occupational hazard,to which the workers were exposed,might induce the damage of the biological membrane.
