摘要
用免疫学方法检测了冬小麦和棉花开花期间雄、雌蕊中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量。发现随雄、雌蕊的发育进程,其中的玉米赤霉烯酮含量逐渐增多,开花当时达高峰;冬小麦的种胚形成过程中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量比开花后稍有增长,籽粒在成熟时大量积累淀粉,此时玉米赤霉烯酮的含量下降到最低点。
Zearalenone in stamen and pistil of winter wheat and cotton during flowering was studied by RIA and ELISA.It was found that the content of zearalenone increased synchronously with the developmental progress of stamen and pistil,and accumulated to the maximum just when the plant was blooming. In winter wheat,there was a little increase of zearalenone in embyro than the content of zearalenorie in fertilized pistil As the seed ripenning and starch accu- mulating.the content decreased to minimum.It suggested that zearalenone is an endogenous active substance in higher plants,perhaps it is also closely related to flowering and fertiliization.
