摘要目的:探讨老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者行球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术的围手术期护理。方法:对26例老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者术前做好心理护理、卧位训练和肠道准备,术中严格无菌操作,加强生命体征监测,术后加强病情观察,做好健康指导。结果:患者均顺利完成手术,手术疗效显著,围手术期未出现护理并发症。结论:加强骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折行球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术围手术期护理是使患者安全、顺利完成手术的保证。
