摘要
报道了通过器官直接发生途径进行快速繁殖大丽花的研究。结果表明 GA_2对大丽花茎段侧芽增殖效果的提高有重要作用。将外植体接种在附加 BA 3mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L+GA,10mg/L+ADE50mg/L 的 MS 培养基上进行快速繁殖效果最好,不同大丽花品种外植体在芽的形成上有差异。大丽花插条在附加 NAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖20g/L 的1/2 MS 培养基上生根效果最好,经过三周培养全部生根。此外,还成功地进行了试管苗的移栽。形态观察表明,再生植体能够正常生长、开花、繁殖,在形态特征上无变异现象。
Rapid propagation of dahlia by organogensis direot route was reported.It was absolutely necessary to use GA_3 to increase the coefficent of proliforation of monomerous stem of dahlia.A better result was obtained to use MS medium supplemented with BA 3 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+GA_3 10mg/L+ADE 50mg/L to induce the shoots,there was different induced frequency of the shoots between the different varieties of dahlia,The best result was obtained of dahlia shoots to develop the roots on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.2mg/L+suerose 20/L.Having cultured for i three weeks all shoots induced the roots.In addition,in vitro plantlet has been successflly transplan- ted.The planlet could grow,bloom,propagate normally.No variation was observed in them.
