摘要
在碱性催化剂作用下,用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)与N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-702)等单体的开环聚合反应,合成了N-环己基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷ASO-7 0 2柔软剂。用IR、1HNMR和13CNMR对其结构进行了表征。用非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚将其乳化后整理纯棉织物。应用结果表明,整理布样的白度与未整理的布样相比,基本不降低;随着ASO-702氨值和相对分子质量的增加,整理织物的柔软性能提高,当氨值为0.6 mmol/g、相对分子质量为30 241时,织物的柔软性(以弯曲刚度表示)经向为337mN,纬向为204 mN。
In the presence of a basic catalyst, a fabric softener polydimethylsiloxane( ASO -702 ) is synthesized by a ring-opening N-cyclohexyl-γ-aminopropyl-polymerization. The chemical structure of ASO -702 is characterized by IR, ^1HNMR and ^13CNMR. Thereafter, the samples of cotton fabric are treated by ASO - 702 which is emulsified with nonionic surfactants of fatty alcohol polyethoxy ether. The application properties of the silicone polymer are studied, and the results indicate that the cotton fabric treated by ASO -702 is of high whiteness and good softening effect. Furthermore, with the increase of the content of amino group and the relative molecular weight of ASO -702, the softness of treated samples is enhanced. When the content of amino group in ASO - 702 is 0.6 mmol/g and the relative molecular weight reaches about 30 241, the warp and fill softening effects of the fabric are 337 mN and 204 mN respectively.
