摘要
采用调整增压柴油机结构参数的方法降低NOx的排放量,并降低了成本。以4110型增压柴油机为例调整其燃烧室、喷油器以及喷油泵等结构参数,并进行分析、优化,对调整前、后的柴油机进行了试验。试验结果表明:优化后的柴油机能满足“欧Ⅱ”标准。
The method to reduce the NOx emission and costs herein by adjusting the structural parameters of turbocharged diesel engine is presented in this paper, Taking a turbocharged engine of type 4100 for example, adjustment and optimization on the structural parameters with the combustion chambers, the fuel injectors and the fuel injection pumps are carried out. The test results show that the engine after improvement and optimization can satisfy the Europe Ⅱ standards.
