摘要 采用激光法测定了木糖醇在纯水、乙醇和甲醇-水混合溶剂中的溶解度以及在水中的超溶解度数据,确定了木糖醇水溶液的结晶介稳区,并考察了温度和溶剂组成对它们的影响,同时测定了木糖醇悬浮液的黏度以及木糖醇晶体的熔点和熔化焓.研究表明,木糖醇在纯水、乙醇以及不同配比的甲醇-水混合溶剂中的溶解度均随温度的降低而明显下降.在甲醇-水混合溶剂中,随着甲醇含量的增加木糖醇的溶解度亦明显下降.这为木糖醇工业结晶装置及生产线的设计、工程放大和工业结晶生产操作提供了理论依据. Solubility of xylitol in pure water, ethanol and methanol-water mixed solvents was measured by laser monitor method, and the metastable zone of xylitol in aqueous solution was determined. The effects of temperature and solvent on solubility were discussed. The viscosity of xylitol magma suspension, and the melting point and the melting enthalpy of xylitol crystal were also determined experimentally. It was found that the solubility of xylitol in pure water, ethanol and methanol-water mixed solvents all decreased with the decrease of temperature; its solubility in methanol-water mixed solvents decreased when methanol content was increased. The results can provide basic thermodynamics data for industrial crystallizer design and industrial process operation of xylitol.
