摘要
根据自动控制理论和时序建模理论,设计了滚齿机分度链误差的开环补偿方案。其特点是,将补偿运动的输入点选择在差动轴;采用动态误差测试和分段模型综合方法补偿滚齿机分度链的短周期误差,效果很好。在IBM-PC机上进行的误差补偿数字仿真,结果令人满意。
An open-loop method to compensate the error of index train of a hobbing machine is developed on the basis of the theory of automatic control and time series analysis.Compensat- ing mechanism is connected with differential shaft.Especially by means of dynamic error measurement and segment model synthesis,short-period error of the index train can be reduced remarkably.The calculation process of error compensation series is provided.Results obtained from digital simulation on IBM-PC computer are satisfactory.
