摘要
我国西部地区有着丰富的人力资源,新疆也有着得天独厚的条件,但由于客观条件的限制,新疆的人力资源没有得到合理的开发。在西部大开发中,新疆的人力资源开发要从教育入手,加大教育的投入,提高人口受教育的比例,将新疆的人口数量优势不断转化为人力资源的质量优势,为新疆的大发展提供强有力的人才保障。
There exist the abundant personnel resources in the western regions of China, and Xinjiang as the biggest province to the west in China has benefited much from the privileges of its political and geological advantages. But owing to the restraints of the objective conditions, the personnel resources in Xinjiang are far from being fully cultivated. In the process of the West Exploring Project, the exploitation of the personnel resources in Xinjiang should begin with the development of education. With the efforts in enlarging the amount of investment and increasing the pmportion of the educated population, the advantage of the quantity of the population would possibly be changed into the advantage of the quality of the personnel resources and in this way a strengthened personnel resources will probably be set up and enhance the booming develolanent of Xinjiang.
