摘要
通过铁路机务段内信号管理系统的设计实践,介绍了PC机和PLC之间的串行通信协议及实现方法,并给出了在Windows平台上中利用C++Builder5编制的串行通信程序。
With the design of railroad locomotive maintenance sections signal management system, the serial communication protocol between PLC and PC and its realization are presented, and the programme of serial communication compiled by C＋＋Builder5 in Windows operating system is given.
