摘要
海洋贝类中牛磺酸的含量较高,从贝肉及其下脚料中提取牛磺酸的方法具有重要的应用价值.文章综述了国内近年来从海洋生物中提取牛磺酸的各种方法,按照提取分离过程分别对各种操作进行了讨论.
Because taurine was rich in the seashell, the way to extract taurine from the seashell is of significance practically. In this paper, various ways to extract taurine from halobios was summarized, and the unit operations were discussed in the separation process.
