摘要
在学风建设中 ,学生干部起着非常重要的作用 ,是辅导员的得力助手 ,在新形势下 ,学生干部开展工作面临着多方面的压力。建设一支过硬的学生干部队伍 ,是学风建设中不可忽视的环节。本文提出了学生干部队伍建设的几点建议 :认真选拔 ,增强学生干部的工作动力 ,改善工作条件 ,增加吸引力 ,真正充分发挥学生干部在学生工作中的作用。
In the construction of study style, class cadres play important roles. They are the capable assistants for the teacher in charge of class. The essay analyses the problems existing in the student cadres, suggesting mine measures to construct a perfect student cadres team.
