摘要
医院信息化建设的深入,使信息科面对业务部门不允许信息系统出故障的挑战;信息系统数量的增加,使信息科面对如何提高信息系统应用服务的可用性、可靠性和可维护性的问题。文章介绍广东省妇幼保健院信息科,以信息系统可用性和综合服务满意度为ISO质量目标,建立基于ITIL的IT服务管理流程,应用ISO管控手段,保证流程的有效实施,从而保证质量目标的实现。
