摘要
目的:通过大鼠脊神经根炎模型,观察硬膜外腔注射脉络宁对血浆肾素活性(PRA)和血管紧张素(AT-Ⅱ)的影响。方法:用0.5%福尔马林浸泡的直径为0.5cm的定量滤纸片作为致炎物,复制大鼠脊神经根炎模型。将动模随机分为5组,A组(正常组);B组(假手术组);C组(模型组)、M组(脉络宁组)和L组(利多卡因组)。每只大鼠从硬膜外注药0.6mL/kg,每4d给药1次,一共给药4次。术后第18d取血2mL,然后用放射免疫分析法(RIA)进行PRA和AT-Ⅱ的测定。结果:C组PRA和AT-Ⅱ含量显著高于A组、B组、M组和L组(P<0.01);硬膜外注入脉络宁和利多卡因可使血清PRA和AT-Ⅱ含量下降,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:硬膜外腔注射脉络宁使药物能够高效快速地发挥作用,促进了炎性神经根的修复。
Objective By means of the rat model of radieulitis, to observe the influence of the epidural injection of "Mai Luo Ning' on the plasma renin activity(PRA) and angiotension Ⅱ(AY-Ⅱ) in serum of the rats with radiculitis Methods The quantitative filter paper slips, 0.5 em in diameter soaked with 0.5 % formalin were talem as the inflamming substance to recreate the rat model of radiculitis. The animal models were randomly divided into 5 groups: group A (normal group); group B(the sham operation group); group C(the control group); group M("Mai Luo Ning" injection group) ; and group L(Lidocaine injection group). The epidural medication started from the next day of the operation, and each rat was injected with "Mai Luo Ning" 0.6 ml/kg, once for quartan daym,and altogether given four times. Eighteen days after the operation, 2 ml of blood sample was taken and radioisotope analysis(R/A) method was utilized to determine the PRA and AT- Ⅱ in serum. Results In group C,the contents of PRA and AT- Ⅱ in serum were remarkably elevated, and there was a significant difference in comparison with those in group A, B, M and L( P 〈 0.01 ) ; while the epidural injection of "Mai Luo Ning" and Lidocaine could both reduce the contents of PRA and AT-Ⅱ in serum, and. there was no significant differences between the two latter groups(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The epidural injection of "Mai Luo Ning" can reduce both the content of PRA and AT-Ⅱ in serum of rates with radieulitis probably because the injection of "Mai Luo Ning" into the epidural space can enable the medicament efficiently and quickly exert its effect so as to facilitate the repair of inflammatory nerve root.
