摘要
利用反相离子对色谱法同时测定化妆品中水杨酸、苯酚和间苯二酚。采用石油醚净化试样,微孔滤膜过滤,以V(甲醇)∶V(乙腈)∶V(水)=10∶25∶65(水中含有1.0 mmol/L四丁基溴化铵)为流动相,225 nm波长紫外检测。在0.019 mg/L^5.40 mg/L内,得到线性相关系数分别为0.997 1,0.999 7,0.997 7;检出限分别为:0.019 mg/L,0.027 mg/L,0.019 mg/L;相对标准偏差在0.58%~3.01%,平均回收率均在85.0%以上。测定三种化妆品发现其中水杨酸含量均在国家规定范围内,苯酚和间苯二酚未检出。
A reversed- phase ion- pair chromatography method was developed for simultaneous quantitative determination of salicylic acid, phenol and resorcinol in cosmetic products. The samples were purified by petroleum ether extraction and microporous filtration before examination. A mixture of V(methanol) : V(acetonitrile) : V(water) = 10:25:65 containing 1.0 mmol/L tetrabutyl ammonium bromide is used as mobile phase and detection wavelength is 225 nm. The average recoveries are all above 85.0% and relative standard deviations are between 0.58% and 3.01%. The calibration curves show linear between 0.019 μg/mL and 5.40 μg/mL, and correlation coefficients are 0.997 1, 0.999 7, 0.997 7. The limits of detection are 0.019 mg/L, 0.027 mg/L, 0.019 mg/L respectively.The results indicated that the content of salicylic acid in these cosmetic products are all within the national standard specifications of the country, and phenol and resorcinol are not discovered.
