摘要
首先指出机床主轴产生纯径向跳动的原因是轴承以及主轴颈存在形状误差,然后建立了当机床采用滑动轴承时主轴纯径向跳动的轴心轨迹数学模型,并对这一模型进行理论分析,得到以下结论:轴心轨迹为类椭圆,其长轴是短轴的两倍,旋转频率是主轴旋转频率的两倍。
The reason of pure radial pulsation is form error of bearing and cervical shaft. Mathematics model of orbit of shaft centerline is set up and analyzed when sliding bearing is used in machine tool spindle. The conclusions that orbit of shaft centerline is similar to ellipse ,the length of long-shaft is twice short-shaft ,its frequency of rotating is twice shaft are reached.
