介绍了一种发动机装配过程中的机器人螺栓拧紧系统,给出了该系统工位的分配,装配过程中夹具的设计和系统的工作原理。还介绍了其控制系统的架构和控制方式,给出了PLC与机器人控制器的接口方法。
Herein a general introduction of a Robot Nut Runner System in the process of engine assembly is given, which consists of work position distribution, fixture design,and its working theory. The control frame and mode of this system and the interface between PLC and robot are introduced ,too.
