摘要
目的建立海红果中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在波长500 nm处测定海红果中的总黄酮。结果芦丁在0.011-0.055 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,总黄酮平均回收率为100.35%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。海红干果中总黄酮含量为0.276 0%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可作为测定海红果中总黄酮含量的方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of total flavoes in fruit of Malus micromalus (MM). Method The content of total flavonoids in fruit of MM was determined at 500 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as standard control. Results The standard curve of rutin was linear in the concentration range of 0.011 to 0.055 mg/ml. The average recovery of total flares was 100.35% with the relative standard deviation 1.3% (n = 6). The content of total flavonoids in the samples was 0. 276 0 % . Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavonoids in fruit of Malus micromalus.
