摘要
目的:建立以顸空气相色谱法测定夫西地酸中有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法:色谱柱为聚乙二醇20000 DM-WAX毛细管柱,柱温采取程序升温,检测器温度为250℃,载气为氦气,流速为7ml/min,分流比为1:1。结果:有机溶剂丙酮、甲醇、乙醇检测浓度线性范围分别为2.04~102.50μg/ml(r=0.9992)、2.00~99.98μg/ml(r=0.9995)、2.04~102.34μg/ml(r=0.9995),平均回收率分别为98.7%、99.2%、101.7%,RSD分别为2.11%、1.98%、2.01%。结论:本方法简便、结果准确,适用于夫西地酸中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine organic solvent residual volume in fusidic acid by headspace gas chromatography. METHODS:The determination was performed on polyoxyl 20 000 DM- WAX capillary, the column was subjected to temperature programming, the detector temperature was 250℃, the carrier gas was helium, the flow rate was 7ml/min and the split ratio was 1 : 1.RESULTS: The linear detective concentration ranges of acetone, methanol and ethanol were 2.04 -102.50μg/ ml ( r = 0.9 992), 2.00-99.98μg/ml( r = 0.9 995) and 2.04-102.34μg/ml( r = 0.9 995), respectively, their average recovery rates were 98.7%, 99.2% and 101.7%, respectively with RSD at 2.11%, 1.98% and 2.01%, respectively.CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the determination of organic solvent residual volume in fusidic acid.
