摘要
为了探讨壮骨健膝方治疗膝骨性关节炎(简称膝OA)的疗效机理,选取膝OA患者60例,随机分为壮骨健膝方组(试验组)和壮骨关节丸组(对照组),观察2组用药8周前后关节滑液细胞因子、NO变化。结果显示治疗后2组膝关节滑液细胞因子IL-1βI、L-6、TNF-а、NO比治疗前均非常显著降低(P<0.01);试验组治疗后的IL-1β和TNF-а水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05)。表明壮骨健膝方可以减少关节内细胞因子的产生,从而阻止炎症因子对软骨细胞及其基质的损害。
To investigate the effect and its mechanism of zhuanggujianxi decoction on knee osteoarthritis （KOA）, 60 cases of KOA were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group treated with zhuanggujianxi decoction, the control group treated with zhuanggu guanjie pill for 8 weeks, the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, NO in synovial fluid and symptom, physical sign of knee were observed before and after treatment. The result showed that the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, NO significantly decrased after treatment in two groups （P〈0.01）, but the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in experimental group were lower than that of the control group. The curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion： zhuanggujianxi decoction is effective for KOA, it can reduce the cytokines in synovial fluid of KOA and prevent the damage of inflammatory factors on chondrocyte and mesochondrium.
