宁肠汤对肠易激综合征大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴干预作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]探讨宁肠汤对肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠神经内分泌功能的调节作用。[方法]以夹尾、束缚刺激作为应激原复制IBS大鼠模型,采用放免法检测模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能,观察宁肠汤的调节作用。[结果]IBS大鼠HPA轴兴奋亢进,皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素水平明显升高(P<0.01)。而宁肠汤能降低皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素的水平,抑制HPA轴的兴奋性。[结论]宁肠汤对应激引起的的神经内分泌功能紊乱有一定的调节作用。 [Objective] To investigate the regulation of Ningchang decoction (ND) on neuroendocrine function of stressed IBS rats. [Methods] The stressed IBS rat model was made by chronic binding stress and nipping the tail. RIA was adopted to measure the function of hypothalamuspitutary-adrenal gland axis(HPAA) of stressed IBS rats. The regulation of ND was observed. [Results] Stress increased the contents of serum corticotropin and adrenocortictropin homone (ACTH) (P〈0. 01), which suggested that the excitabity of HPAA was enhanced. While ND could decrease HPAA excitability of stressed IBS rats. [Conclusion]ND could regulate the disorder of neuroendocrine- function of stressed IBS rats.
