交流变频电动钻机单轴绞车的功率配备 被引量:4

摘要 分析宏华ZJ50DBS型交流变频电动钻机单轴绞车输入功率存在的问题表明,单轴绞车如按标准配备,则其功率不能满足钻井工艺要求,比如提升空钩的速度过低,绞车的最大转矩不足以提起最大钩载等。经过分析计算,对比分析现有各种单轴绞车的功率增加倍数K’N,认为比标准功率多配备25%的功率,即可达烈大钩提升速度v=0.5~1.5m/s,提最大钩载Qmax时增矩倍数K’M≤1.20,满足钻井工艺要求,经济适用。 The problems in single-shaft drawworks used on Honghua ZI50DBC variable-frequency AC drive rigs are analyzed, it indicates that if the single-shaft drawwork is of rated power arrangement, its power cannot meet the requirements of drilling process, including that no-load hook is lifted very slowly, and the maximum torque of the drawworks is insufficient for lifting the maximum hook load. By the calculation and comparison of power increment multiple K'n of the available single-shaft drawworks, it is considered that, if 1.25 times of rated power arrangement is provided, the drawworks can meet the need of drilling operation, i.e. the lifting velocity of the hook v=0.5-1.5 m/s, and the torque increment multiple K'm ≤120 for maximum hook load Qmax.
