随着微电子技术的发展,相应的高洁净度厂房工程也不断增多。同时对工程的要求也不断提高,本文介绍了为某著名电脑主板企业设计的大面积100级洁净厂房的有关内容,提供设计参数,并且注重介绍干冷盘管在高洁净度厂房中的运用,该系统运行近一年,情况正常,符合规范和生产工艺要求。
With the development of micro - electronics, the project of high cleanliness workshop increasingly grows up, the technical requirement is accordingly on the rise. Hereby introduces the concerning description for large cleanliness class 100 clean workshop, designed for a renowned computer mainboard corporation.
