摘要
快速反应系统是供应链管理的一种实践,旨在更快更好地满足消费者的需求。服装供应链非常复杂,并存在着不同的结构。文章构建了服装营销快速反应系统的模型,着重分析作为服装企业营销快速反应系统的核心———信息系统,并提出其信息系统的实施方案,对中、小企业构建服装营销快速反应系统具有重要参考意义。
QR (Quick Response System) is a practice of supplying-chain management, aimming at meeting the customer's requirement better. Garment supplying-chain is of very complex with many different constructions. This article is trying to construct a model of marketing quick response system for garment enterprise with focus on analyzing its core - the information system, and an actual plan to practice this information system is also proposed. It will be an important reference to the middle and small-garment enterprises in constructing a garment marketing quick response system.
