介绍了紧密纺发展过程中的国外专利申请情况,叙述了我国紧密纺研发过程中必须注意避开这些专利,防止侵权,并应积极开发有中国特色和自主知识产权的紧密纺技术。
This article talks about the situation of patent protection abroad in the development of compact spinning, and describes the attentions in developing China＇s own compact spinning, not getting involved in the foreign patents already applied and actively creating China＇ s own compact spinning technology characteristic of self intellectual property.
