谷氨酸对大脑皮质神经元膜流动性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用电子自旋共振技术(ESR),结合自旋标记方法研究了不同浓度谷氨酸对小鼠大脑皮质神经元膜流动性的影响。结果表明,在谷氨酸的生理作用浓度范围内(25~100μmol/L),神经元膜脂的旋转相关时间随谷氨酸浓度的增bo而增大,由正常的30.92±3.09(×10-10s)增大到38.59±2.72(×10-10s)(P<0.01)。说明谷氨酸可引起神经元膜流动性降低。 Using electron spin resonance technique combined with spin labeling method,membrane fluidity changes of neurons of cerebral cortex of mice under different concentra-tions of glutamic acid were investigated.Results showed that within physiological concentra-tion limits of glutamic acid,the rotation correlation time of neuron membrane was increased(from normal 30.92±3.09×10-10:to38.59±2.72×10-10s)as the concentrations of glu-tamic acid increased(from 0 to 100 μmol/L).It was indicated that the fluiditv of neuronmembrane was lowered by glutamic acid.
