摘要
目的了解北京、河南新乡市部分中学生导致意外伤害和暴力、吸烟、饮酒及其他药物滥用、不良饮食习惯以及体育锻炼等方面的健康危险行为现状。方法2004年5月至6月,选取北京西城5所、河南新乡市3所中学的初中和高中学生461名,采取中学生危险行为问卷调查。结果调查中有37.7%的学生乘车从不系安全带,近1年内有过打架行为的学生占16.4%;有22.3%的学生尝试过吸烟;尝试过饮酒行为的学生高达52.0%;有过药物滥用行为的比例为3.6%;在调查前的周末,吃过高脂、油炸食品2次或以上的学生比例分别为23.0%和30.9%;认为自己很胖的学生比例为5.2%,有35.3%的学生准备采取减肥的措施;经常进行体育锻炼的学生比例为51.5%;在调查前的1年内,有61.7%的学生表示曾有过厌学情绪;有20.7%的学生考虑过离家出走,有3.3%的学生曾经离家出走过。结论及时、有效、因地制宜地开展以生活技能为基础的学校健康教育,对帮助中学生形成良好的生活习惯是很有必要的。
Objective To collect the basic information about knowledge, attitudes and behaviors regarding health risk behaviors such as unintentional injuries, smoking, drinking, addictive drug use, unhealthy daily dietary behaviors and physical activities in secondary school students of Beijing and Henan Province. Methods During May and June, 2004, a questionnaire about health risk behaviors was used in 461 secondary school students in Beijing and Xinxiang of Henan Province. Results 37.7% of students had rarely or never worn seat belts when being scated in a car driven by someone else, 16.4% of the students had the physical fight for one or more times during the 12 months preceding the survey; 22.3% of them had ever tried cigarette smoking (even one or two puffs) ; 52.0% of them had alcohol during experience and 3.6% had ever used any form of addictive drug; 23.0% and 30.9% of the students had respectively consumed some superfatted and fried food during the last week preceding the survey; 5.2% of the students described themselves as very overweight, and 35.3% of them were trying to lose some weight; 51.5% of the students and participated in physical activity frequently; 61.7% of them expressed their tired ness of study; 20.7% of the students had ever thought of leaving their home, and 3.3% of students had the experience of departing their families. Conclusion It is necessary to develop an effective and timely life- skill- based education to reduce risk behavior among secon dary school stadents.
