摘要
目的研究氧化电位消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果及影响因素。方法采用载体定量杀菌实验法研究作用时间、药物浓度、温度、有机物和酸碱度对杀菌效果的影响。结果氧化电位消毒剂杀灭载体中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的D值为11.642 min,浓度系数为1.235。溶液呈酸性时,杀菌效果较好,pH>7者杀菌明显下降。当试验菌含25%小牛血清时,杀菌作用明显减弱。结论氧化电位消毒剂杀菌作用强,杀菌效果受作用时间、药物浓度、温度、有机物和酸碱度的影响。
Objective To explore the influential factors such as contact time, concentration, temperature, organic matter and pH value on germicidal of electrolyzed oxidizing disinfectant (EOD) in laboratory with spores of bacillus subtilis var niger as the test organism. Methods Quantitative germicidal experiments were carried by carrier test. Results The results indicated that the D val- ue (20℃) of EOD for kill spores of haeiUus subtilis var niger was 11.642, the concentration coefficient (n) was 1.235, when the pH value of the disinfectant solution 〉 7, it was decreased the germicidal efficacy, addition 25% calf serum into the spores of bacillus subtilis var. niger suspension to the carrier, the germicidal efficacy was decreased. Conclusion Tile EOD is a rapid - acting disinfectant, but changes of concentration, temperature, pH value and some additional organic matter have some influenced on its germicidal efficaey.
