摘要
目的调查中小学健康教育课的开课情况、相关教材的使用情况和课程效果,了解中小学健康教育课的主要影响因素及需求,提出规范中小学生健康教育课的有效策略和方法。方法对900名中小学生进行问卷调查和访谈,并分析记录资料。结果中小学生健康教育课因学校对其重视程度不同,各校健康教育课的开设现状及上课效果有很大差别;中学生在学校接受健康知识的机会大大低于小学生。结论教育和卫生部门应对健康教育课程的设置和教材的使用等作出相应的调整,鼓励学生积极利用相关的辅助教材。
Objective To investigate the opening status of health education course, the teaching materials and relevant effects in middle and primary schools of Chaoyang District, in order to choose proper strategies for school health education. Methods We carried out a questionnaire among 900 students and then analyzed the data. Results Health education course was important or not based on emphisized degree from leaders of middle and primary schools of Chaoyang District, there were remarkable difference in opening status and effects among different middle and primary schools. We found students in the middle school had less chance to study the health knowledge than pupils. Conclusion The department of education and hygency should adapt health education curriculum and amend the teaching materials of the health education, and encourage the students to use the auxiliary materials.
