摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征患者具有很高的致死率和致残率,预后较差。现在已证实它是由冠状动脉内易损斑块破裂、血小板聚集血栓形成所致,因此早期检测易损斑块并加以适当干预对于急性冠脉综合征的防治具有重要临床意义。本文就易损斑块的最新检测进展做一综述。 Patients with acute coronary syndromes have a high fatalltT and mutilation resultin in bad prognosis. rate. Now it has been verified that it is resulted from thrombogenesis of platalet aggrogation caused by the rupture of vulnerable plaques in coronary artery. So it has a important clinical significance to find the vulnerable plaques early and to follow it a appropriate therapy. This review introduces the new development about detecting vulnerable plaques.
