摘要 现代质量管理关注过程,强调过程能力,只有稳定的过程,才能持续的提供高质量的产品和服务。本文阐述了高成熟度软件组织所关注的定量过程管理和统计过程控制技术SPC,通过运用统计过程控制技术SPC度量和分析软件过程,实现了软件过程的定量管理,为软件过程的改进和实现高成熟的评估奠定了基础。 Modern quality management pays attention to process and stresses the ability of process, Only when the process is stable can they provide high-quallty product and service, In this paper quantitative management of software process and Statistical Process Control is introduced which are paid attention to by hlgh-mature software organization, Quantitative management of software process is achieved by using SPC to measure and analyze software process, which prepares for improving software process and carrying out high-mature evaluation.
