摘要
径向动压滑动轴承主轴轴心轨迹直接反映了轴承的工作状况,对轴承的设计与故障诊断具有重要的作用。研究了用Hahn法对径向动压滑动轴承主轴轴心轨迹进行动态仿真的方法,并结合Reynolds积分边界条件的思想,对半Sommerfeld边界条件的应用进行了修正,提高了计算精度。
The track of main shaft axis of radial sliding bearing submitting dynamic pressure reflects directly the working condition of bearing, and played an important role on the de sign of bearing and trouble diagnosis. This paper studied the method of carrying out dynamic simulation on the track of main shaft axis of radial sliding bearing submitting dynamic pressure by the use of Hahn method, and combined with the thought of boundary condition of Reynolds integration, an amendment was carried out on the application of semi-Sommerfeld boundary condition and raised the computing accuracy.
