摘要
论文按照静电涂油机涂油室的结构特点和实际工作条件,建立了涂油室的三维有限元电场模型,然后结合优化设计的理论和方法对上部涂油室进行结构参数化优化,分析带电粒子在静电场中的运行规律,得到静电场优化的数学模型。将优化理论与有限元分析相结合,得到了涂油室的优化结果。
Three-dimensional finite element electric field model was built according to structural characteristic and actual condition of work for oil room. During parameterized optimizing the upper oil room' s structure with optimum design theory and methods, motion law was analyzed in electrostatic field for charged particle and mathematical model was offered for optimized electrostatic field. With principle of optimality and finite element analysis, optimized result was get for oil room.
