摘要
为了提高加工效率、改善工作环境,设计开发出一型气动盘式自动钻孔机。该专机采用模块化设计,具有自动转位、夹紧装置和自动钻孔功能,易于操作。本文给出了该机的原理和整体结构,介绍了钻孔模块部分。并以推力气缸为例,详细说明了整机气动回路的工作原理及其动作顺序。
A kind of pneumatic tray automatic drill was designed in order to improve work efficiency and work environment. The special machine with module design has the function of automatic rotating, automatic clamping and automatic drilling. The work principle and the motion order of the pneumatic loop of total drill was explained based on the example of thrust force air cylinder.
