细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子在妇产科领域的研究进展
摘要
细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)是免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一,广泛存在于肿瘤组织及正常组织。经过糖基化的EMMPRIN蛋白质可通过细胞间的相互作用诱导基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达,间接参与细胞外基质(ECM)降解及重塑的过程,因此可能在妇科肿瘤的发生、浸润、转移中具有一定意义,同时可能在排卵、黄体形成、胚胎植入及分娩时胎膜破裂等生殖过程中发挥重要的调控作用。
