摘要
客运专线钢轨暂行技术条件结合我国钢轨生产的实际,以欧洲钢轨标准作为采标对象,要求钢质洁净、表面基本无缺陷、浅的脱碳层深度、低的残余拉应力、高的断裂韧性和低疲劳裂纹扩展速率,以及采用长定尺钢轨、减少焊接接头等。为此,国内钢轨生产厂需要进一步进行技术改造,使设备方面达到国际一流的先进水平。但如何生产出一流的具有高安全性、高几何尺寸精度、高平直度的客运专线铁路用钢轨,还有许多问题需要各方面来研究解决。
The interim technical conditions of rail for passenger-dedicated line combines domestic production practices, refers to European rail standards, requires clean steel nature, none-defect surface, low depth of decarbonization layer, small residual tensile stress and slow spread speed of fatigue crack, and adopts long length-fixed rail and reduces welding joints. For purpose of this, domestic rail producers must catty out further technical upgrading, thus enabling equipment to reach internationally leading level. However, there are many problems needing research and solution in producing first-class rail with high safety, geometrical precision and straightness for passenger- dedicated line.
