摘要
介绍了用开关磁阻调速电机驱动挤出机的方法。在分析挤出机现存问题的基础上,说明用开关磁阻调速电机驱动挤出机,根据挤出速率和压力控制螺杆转速,实现挤出机主传动柔性数控的方法,并分析了应用此方法对挤出机进行改造所带来的变化和节能优势。实践证明这种方法提高了挤出机的性能和效率。
A driven method of extruders by variable speed switched reluctance motor drive is put forward. Based on analysis of present states of extruders, the method which could realize flexible numerical control by using variable speed switched reluctance motor to controling the screw speed on velocity and pressure of extrusion was narrated, and the advantage of saving energy and change of renovated extruders were analyzed. It was proved in practice that the renovated extruders had higher performances in efficiency and capability.
