摘要
本文介绍了微量元素硒的发现,在自然环境中的分布与地方性疾病的关系。并简要介绍了生物样品中硒的几种测定方法。
The author introduced the discovery and distribution in nature of minute chemical element selenium, the relationship between selenium and endemic also introduced in this paper. Finally, the testing methods of the minute from biological sample were summarized.
