常温环保型硫化橡胶再生剂的成分分析与应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用XRD(X-射线粉末衍射)、FT-IR(傅立叶变换红外)、XRF(X-射线荧光分析)、DSC(差示扫描量热分析)、UV-V is-DRS(紫外-可见漫反射光谱)等表征手段,对硫化橡胶再生工艺中使用的新型再生剂的主要成分进行化学分析,阐述了该再生剂进行生产的工艺原理和经济效益分析,并对其在硫化橡胶生产中的操作要点提出建议. Ingredients of an improved reclaim agent, which widely used in the reprocessing of vulcanized rubber, was analyzed by the characterization of XRD, FT-IR, XRF, DSC, UV-Vis-DRS. The principle of reclaim agent and its economic benefits were set forth. It also suggested the operation skill during the reprocessing.
