摘要
316L不锈钢表面组装了-γAPS层,并用体视显微镜及腐蚀测试仪对其在模拟体液中的腐蚀形貌及抗腐蚀性进行检测,并与未进行-γAPS处理的316L不锈钢试样进行对比。结果表明经过-γAPS改性的316L不锈钢能有效保护金属不受溶液腐蚀,并且γ-APS层可以层层组装形成多层膜修复单层组装时产生的缺陷。
In this work, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (γ-APS) layer was prepared on 316L stainless steel substrate. Both unmodified and γ-APS modified samples were immersed in hank' s simulated body fluid to investigate their corrosion behaviors. The results show that γ-APS layer obviously improved the corrosion resisting property of 316L substrates and γ-APS layer can assemble layer-by-layer to form multilayer and repair the defects disfigurement during monolayer assembly.
