摘要
“六合彩”是香港奖券管理局委托香港赛马会经办的一种奖券游戏。而近期在内地盛起的地下“六合彩”活动却是未经政府许可的非法赌博活动,具有一定的社会危害性,应当组织有力的查禁。
＂Liu He Cai＂ is lottery game held by The Hong Kong Jockey Club consigned by The Hong Kong Lotteries Board. But the prevailing underground gambling ＂Liu He Cai＂ in China's Mainland is illegal, harmful to the society and it should be prohibited.
