摘要
以麦冬、甘草、菊花等中药为原料,研究了保健泡腾冲剂的生产工艺,得到口感较佳、溶解性和泡腾性好、保健功能确切的产品。
In this paper,the technology of blowing agent made from radix ophiopopnis ,liquorice and chrysanthemum, its optimum recipe and process were studied. The product has good flavor, solubility and health-care function.
