摘要
为了在自主研发设备的基础上,从软件算法上提高光纤光栅传感解调系统的精度,利用装有标准光纤光栅阵列的解调系统,提出一种动态曲线拟合方法。这一算法基于拉格朗日公式的,并选取3个点作近似的拉格朗日曲线拟合,其中一个点可根据实验数据人为设置及调整,从而得到精确的拟合曲线。传感光栅的反射或透射波长测量误差≤±7 pm,提高了光纤光栅传感解调系统的精度。
A dynamic fitted curve algorithm is proposed to improve the precision of demodulation system of Bragg grating sensor, when only relative software needs to be changed. Based on Lagrange expressions, group of approximative Lagrange fitted curve is worked out by picking out three pairs of data, one pair of them can be set and modify according to experiment data for sake of precision. Errors of the reflected wavelength is ± 7 pm, the precision of demodulation system of Bragg grating sensor is improved.
